Job Summary**
The Busperson - Fine Dining is responsible for providing exceptional support to the service team in our upscale dining establishment, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience. This role involves maintaining a pristine dining environment and assisting servers with various tasks.
Job Responsibilities**
* Clear and reset tables efficiently and discreetly, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
* Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other condiments as needed, anticipating guest needs.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
* Polishing silverware, glassware, and china to ensure readiness for service.
* Assist with stocking and restocking supplies for service, including linens, silverware, and glassware.
* Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the fine dining experience.
Job Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred, especially in fine dining.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
* Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
