Credit/Collection Clerk position 40 hours per week with excellent benefits. Looking for an individual to join our team who is detail oriented, able to multitask and time managing skills, has knowledge computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) and can successfully perform the duties listed.
Compile, copy, scan, sort and file records of office activities, business transaction and other activities.
Operate office machines such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail system
Compute record, and personal computers. Review files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to request.
The incumbent in this position, as with all members of the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa Team, is expected to conduct himself/herself in a manner which demonstrates initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercises confidentiality in the appropriate areas of his/her performance. This position shares in the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa support of the company’s Vision, Mission, Values, and consistently performs all functions in a fashion that inspires and motivates others to actively pursue them.
Maintaining records in an organized and efficient manner. Clerical duties such as scanning, filing, Maintaining and updating database, inventory, and filing systems either manually or computerized.
Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma
One-year experience of clerical work.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
