Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, public areas, offices, and employee areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, gaming machines, and other surfaces.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, and other glass surfaces.
• Respond promptly to spills and maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Restock restroom supplies, paper products, soap, and other amenities.
• Operate custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and carpet extractors.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to management.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service to guests.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.
• Previous custodial, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

• Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for long periods.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent guest interaction.

• Work Environment:

• Casino and hotel environment operating 24 hours a day.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, noise, and high guest traffic.
