The incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for directly overseeing all functions of the Casino Marketing Department in order to ensure maximum positive results and impact the effectiveness of the enterprise.
The Director of Casino Marketing, as with all members of Monarch properties, provides excellent customer service to all Team Members, is expected to conduct himself/herself in a manner which demonstrates initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercises confidentiality in the appropriate areas of his/her performance. The incumbent shares in the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa support of the company’s Vision, Mission, Values, and consistently performs all functions in a fashion that inspires and motivates others to actively pursue them. As part of the leadership team, role models the expected behaviors of service, positive attitude, cooperation and accountability. Engenders trust in others and develops credible relationships at all levels.

Full Time Day Shift


• Develop, implement and monitor strategic plans to successfully reach annual short-term goals and long-term marketing plans and track all casino marketing department budgets and expenses.
• Develop promotional activities to increase revenue opportunities.
• Direct and provide leadership to the player's club services and special events staff.
• Responsible for all direct marketing offers campaigns and promotions, direct mail, special events, and player's club services operations
• Coordinates with Sales, Hotel Director, and F&B director to ensure appropriate and timely marketing of events to maximize impact.
• Develop and direct implementation of promotional events and offers to and ensure that all programs are clearly communicated to parallel departments and ensure that all are consistent with the company's marketing strategy and strategic plan.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.


• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field or the equivalent in education/experience is required.
• Previous Casino Marketing and management experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills and easily builds a positive rapport with others.
• Facility with reporting and analysis programs.

• Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
