We are looking for an experienced Executive Host. As Executive Host you are responsible for maintaining relationships with our premium level player-base to ensure property gaming revenue goals are achieved. This is accomplished through relationship marketing; ensuring our guests enjoy a favorable experience that their needs are taken care of by acting on the guest’s behalf to secure credit, information and/or reservations at all on property and off property events. The Executive Casino Host role is also active in prospecting and developing new business at the Platinum level and above. In addition, Executive Casino Hosts are responsible for sharing pertinent information from a variety of sources with the Director of VIP Services, the CSM’s, and the Director of Operations
This position will develop relationships with new customers using appropriate recruiting and enrollment procedures and be responsible for incremental player visitation and participating in off-property functions such as dinners, concerts, golf tournaments, etc. The Executive Casino Host will also drive increased visitation through focused telemarketing efforts marketing events and direct mail offers.
Ideal candidate will have strong exposure to player development in the Northern Nevada/Northern California market. Must have exceptional communication skills, be computer proficient, have ability to build strong relationships, and have ability to make sound business decisions. Candidate must be registered with, or have the ability to obtain, registration with Nevada Gaming Control Board. Minimum of 5 years in Casino Marketing, and or Gaming Customer service and telemarketing experience required.
