Executive Legal Administrator

The Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is looking for an experienced Executive Legal Assistant to provide support to the Corporate General Counsel and Executive Management Team. The Executive Legal Assistant will be responsible for coordination of corporate legal matters, including document management, legal calendaring; and maintenance of corporate records and agreements, etc. Additional responsibilities include performing legal research as directed, assisting the General Counsel with meeting and presentation preparation, preparation of correspondence, records review and summary, preliminary document drafting, file maintenance and organization. The position requires demonstrated understanding and experience reviewing and managing contracts, and construction law background is a plus. Additional duties may include coordinating travel arrangements, answering phones and backing up other administrative professionals in the E suite.
Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, including the ability to professionally and concisely communicate (in writing and verbally) complex legal and business issues. This position will act as liaison with other internal and external organizations to ensure timely processing and dissemination of relevant contractual information. Must be able to work in a diverse team and foster strong relationships with coworkers, suppliers, customers and other business relationships. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. Must be proficient in MS Office suite including, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Ideal applicant must be a self starter and have the ability to work independently. Prior experience supporting a in-house General Counsel and/or Executive Management Team preferred.
