IT Systems Operator

This position will be responsible for routine daily tasks in the Information Technology department and primarily work at a workstation.
Answer all incoming calls, gather information, and input into Problem Tracking System
Prioritize and Dispatch Techs to assist team members and guests
Reset Passwords and troubleshoot access problems
Monitor ticket system for automated tickets
Check daily logs
Check back with team members to make sure issues were resolved in timely manner and to completion.
Getting quotes and creating purchase requisitions for department
Prepare equipment for installation
Documents all help desk activity and equipment adds, moves and changes.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
Configure mobile devices
Performs other duties as required and assigned
Have excellent organizational Skills
Must have excellent customer service skills
Familiar with networking concepts like TCP/IP
Familiar with personal computers, servers, and like technology
Familiar with AS/400 concepts
Familiar Microsoft Office and other desktop applications
Familiar with Windows, Unix, OS400, and other operating systems
