Job Summary**

The Part-Time Poker Dealer is responsible for dealing various poker games in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring fair play and an enjoyable experience for all guests of the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa.

Job Responsibilities**

* Deal poker games accurately and efficiently, including but not limited to Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and Stud.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of all poker rules and house policies.
* Clearly and audibly announce all game actions, pot sizes, and winning hands.
* Monitor game play for any signs of cheating or irregular activity and report suspicious behavior to floor supervisors.
* Collect and distribute chips, ensuring proper payouts.
* Maintain a positive and engaging demeanor with all guests.
* Adhere to all gaming regulations and company policies.
* Assist with table maintenance and chip fills as needed.
* Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and refer complex issues to management.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a professional poker dealer preferred.
* Proven ability to deal various poker games accurately and efficiently.
* Excellent mathematical skills for calculating pots and payouts.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Must be able to stand for extended periods and have good manual dexterity.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Knowledge of responsible gaming practices.
