Job Summary**

The Part-Time Poker Dealer is responsible for dealing various poker games in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring fair play and an enjoyable experience for all guests at the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa.

Job Responsibilities**

* Deal poker games accurately and efficiently according to established casino rules and procedures, including Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and other popular variants.
* Manage the game effectively, including shuffling cards, dealing hands, collecting and paying bets, and monitoring pot sizes.
* Maintain a high level of customer service, interacting with players in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
* Clearly and accurately communicate game rules, procedures, and payouts to players.
* Resolve player disputes and address questions or concerns in a fair and impartial manner, escalating issues to floor supervisors when necessary.
* Maintain awareness of game integrity and promptly report any suspicious activity or irregular play to management.
* Adhere to all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
* Assist with table maintenance, including chip and card inventory checks, as needed.
* Work effectively as part of a team with other dealers, floor supervisors, and casino staff.

Job Qualifications**

* Previous experience as a poker dealer in a casino or professional setting preferred.
* Thorough knowledge of various poker games, rules, and procedures, including the ability to deal multiple variants accurately.
* Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for efficient card handling.
* Strong mathematical skills for accurate bet collection, payout calculation, and pot management.
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
* Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
* Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
