Come join Team Atlantis! PBX is the nerve center of the property that all inside and outside calls go through. We have a very high standard of customer service while following all the company policies and procedures.

Swing Shift position, Hours are 3p-11p

Responsibilities

  • Answering and transferring multiple calls for two properties.
  • Running Front Desk and PBX reports.
  • Data entry and filing.
  • Communicate with other departments clearly and professionally.
  • Assist guest with current info/events at the Atlantis and Monarch Casino.
  • Take guest request and issues and distribute them to the correct departments.
  • Give guest wake-up calls.
  • Other duties as assigned my management.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel crouch or crawl; talk, and hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.

Qualifications

  • Must be polite and professional over the phone at all times.
  • Must be reliable in regards to attendance and work performance and team work.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to retain information.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in HMS, Outlook and HotSOS/Amadeus and is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to maintain a high work performance.
  • Ability to give great guest service.
  • Ability to be proficient when answering/transferring guest and team member calls.
  • Ability to follow all company policies and procedures.
